These are professional model Quick Populair soccer/football cleats/boots made in Holland in the 1970s. For some time the Quick brand cleats/boots were worn by the Dutch National Soccer Team. These are vintage and extremely rare and there is nothing else like them on eBay and I only found one similar pair on a different website.
